Before you start

Have these ready.

  • Your Notice of Fine and Surcharge or conviction letter (a photo or PDF)
  • The default date shown on your notice
  • Each fine’s ticket number, fine and surcharge
  • Government-issued photo ID (optional)
  • The partner agencies you’d prefer to work with
